Dr. Erwin Brian Tan
President & Trustee
Dr. Erwin Brian T. Tan, M.D., MHcA, FPRIMA, DABRM, FPFCS, FPAAS, FUSNIH, FICS is a physician practicing aesthetic, regenerative, and integrative medicine. He currently serves as President of the Philippine Regenerative and Integrative Medical Association for 2026–2028 and as concurrent National President of the Philippine Academy of Aesthetic Surgery. He is the Founder, President & Medical Director of The Royal British chain of Medical Centers, he is also a medical educator and lecturer on stem-cell therapy, NAD⁺, cellular repair, and longevity medicine. His leadership emphasizes ethical practice, physician education, scientific advancement, and patient-centered innovation in healthcare.

Dr. Ruby Magpantay
Vice President & Trustee
Dr. Ruby Ann B. Magpantay, M.D., M.Sc., FPRIMA, DABRM, is a specialist in preventive, regenerative, and integrative medicine. She earned her Master of Science in Preventive Medicine from Dresden International University in Germany and completed postgraduate training in Leadership in Medicine at Harvard Medical School. A Diplomate of the American Board of Regenerative Medicine, she has expertise in hormonal health, ozone therapy, peptide and cellular therapies, integrative oncology, and healthy aging. She is the founder of Meta Medica, where she promotes personalized and holistic approaches to long-term wellness.

Dr. Ma. Judea Millora

Dr. Ma. Judea G. Millora, M.D., FPRIMA, is a physician engaged in natural, regenerative, and integrative medicine, with extensive experience in supporting patients facing cancer and chronic illness. She has lectured on integrative cancer care, antioxidant therapy, oxidative stress, and cellular protection. Beyond medicine, Dr. Millora is a respected environmental advocate and the founder of the Zero Kalat para sa Kaunlaran Foundation, which promotes ecological solid-waste management and community-based sustainability. Her work reflects a lifelong commitment to holistic health, environmental responsibility, and compassionate patient care.

Dr. Jean Caroline Tan
Treasurer & Trustee
Dr. Jean Caroline Tan, M.D., MHcA, FPRIMA, DABRM, FPFCS, FPAAS is a physician based in Angeles City specializing in Regenerative & Integrative Medicine, and Aesthetic Surgery & Medicine. She currently serves as Treasurer and Trustee of PRIMA for 2026–2028, supporting the organization through responsible financial stewardship and institutional governance. She is a Board of Director of the The Royal British chain of Medical Centers. Beyond her professional involvement in regenerative and integrative medicine, Dr. Tan has held leadership roles in the Rotary Club of Clark Centennial and has participated in community initiatives involving public health, education, and humanitarian service. Her work reflects a commitment to professional integrity, organizational responsibility, and meaningful community engagement.

Dr. Jason Peñaranda
Auditor & Trustee
Dr. Jason A. Peñaranda, M.D., FPRIMA is a physician specializing in integrative and regenerative medicine and currently serves as Medical Director and Consultant of ALTA Integrative Medicine and Wellness Complex. His clinical interests include stem-cell therapy, healthy aging, men’s health, nutrition, supplementation, and nonsurgical prostate care. Trained locally and internationally, he has delivered lectures to Philippine and international audiences on regenerative medicine and different forms of stem-cell transplantation. As Auditor and Trustee of PRIMA for 2026–2028, he supports the organization’s commitment to transparency, accountability, clinical excellence, and ethical professional practice.

Dr. Allan Landrito
Trustee
Dr. Allan A. Landrito, M.D., FPRIMA is a primary-care physician and long-time practitioner of integrative medicine. A graduate of De La Salle University’s medical program, he previously served with the City Health Department of Muntinlupa and has worked in community healthcare and public medical education. His professional interests include nutritional and orthomolecular medicine, chelation therapy, herbal medicine, metabolic health, and other complementary approaches to disease prevention and patient care. Dr. Landrito contributes his extensive clinical experience, research interests, and commitment to making health education and integrative care more accessible to Filipino communities.

Dr. Joel Ferdinand Lopez
Immediate Past President & Trustee
Dr. Joel Ferdinand Lopez, M.D., N.D., CNS, DABRM, DABAARM, FPRIMA, is a US-trained internal medicine physician, certified nutrition specialist, and practitioner of functional, integrative, anti-aging, and regenerative medicine. He served as its President 2023-2025, before assuming his current role as Immediate Past President. Dr. Lopez is also the founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Medical Director of the Center for Healthy Aging and Regenerative Medicine (CHARM). His clinical work focuses on longevity, metabolic and hormonal health, nutrition, lifestyle intervention, and personalized regenerative therapies designed to promote healthier aging and improved quality of life.
