Public Physician Directory
Approved members may be included in the PRIMA Member Directory using verified, consented professional information.
Directory profiles may include the physician’s:
- Name and professional photograph
- PRIMA membership category
- Earned PRIMA designations
- Medical specialty and areas of practice
- Clinic or institutional affiliation
- Clinic location and contact information
- Relevant education, training and professional affiliations
Only information approved for public display will be included. Private personal information remains restricted to authorized PRIMA representatives.
Member Portal and Communications
Approved members can receive official announcements, membership updates, educational information, event notices and other communications through PRIMA’s online systems.
Available portal features may differ according to membership, training and assigned organizational roles.
Opportunities to Serve
Members may be invited or appointed to participate in committees, scientific programs, public-education initiatives, conventions and other organizational projects.
Active participation allows members to contribute their experience and help shape the continuing development of PRIMA.
National and International Collaboration

Membership Categories
PRIMA has five official membership categories.
Regular Member
Regular Membership is the entry-level professional membership category for Philippine physicians.
Eligibility
A Regular Member must:
- Be a licensed physician duly registered with the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission
- Demonstrate an interest in or practice involving regenerative, integrative or longevity medicine
- Submit the required professional credentials and information
- Complete the membership application and payment process
- Receive approval from PRIMA
Member Privileges
Regular Members may participate in PRIMA programs, educational activities, conventions and professional initiatives, subject to the applicable registration and participation requirements.
Regular Membership does not automatically confer DPRIMA or FPRIMA status.
Diplomate Member — DPRIMA
Diplomates are members who have completed the required training and successfully passed a certification examination administered or recognized by PRIMA.
Qualified Diplomates are granted the designation:
Diplomate of the Philippine Regenerative and Integrative Medical Association (DPRIMA)
Diplomates may participate in the scientific and professional activities of PRIMA and may pursue further professional development toward Fellowship, subject to the applicable requirements.
DPRIMA is an earned professional designation. It is not granted through ordinary membership application or payment of membership dues alone.
Fellow — FPRIMA
Fellowship is the highest professional membership category within PRIMA.
A member may be considered for Fellowship after fulfilling the following requirements:
- Must be a Diplomate of PRIMA
- Must have maintained at least two years of active membership as a Diplomate, unless otherwise determined by the Board on a case-to-case basis
- Must demonstrate active participation in PRIMA programs, initiatives and activities
- Must satisfy the professional and ethical standards established by PRIMA
- Must receive approval through the applicable Fellowship process
Approved Fellows are granted the designation:
Fellow of the Philippine Regenerative and Integrative Medical Association (FPRIMA)
Fellows in good standing have the right to vote in organizational matters and may be eligible for election as officers or members of the Board of Trustees.
FPRIMA is not automatically granted by completing a training program, passing an examination or maintaining membership for a particular number of years. All requirements and approvals must be completed.
International Fellow — FPRIMA (Int)
International Fellowship is intended for physicians from outside the Philippines who have demonstrated competence, training or significant professional achievement in regenerative, integrative or longevity medicine.
Applicants are evaluated by PRIMA. Physicians whose qualifications are determined to be equivalent to the standards required for Fellowship may be granted the designation:
International Fellow of the Philippine Regenerative and Integrative Medical Association – FPRIMA (Int)
International Fellows may participate in PRIMA’s scientific and professional activities.
International Fellowship is granted through credential evaluation and approval. It is not automatically conferred upon every physician applying from outside the Philippines.
Honorary Fellow — FPRIMA (Hon)
Honorary Fellowship may be conferred upon physicians who have made significant contributions to the advancement of regenerative, integrative or longevity medicine in the Philippines.
Recipients are granted the designation:
Honorary Fellow of the Philippine Regenerative and Integrative Medical Association – FPRIMA (Hon)
Honorary Fellows are exempt from membership dues.
Honorary Fellowship is conferred by PRIMA and is not available through ordinary application.

Membership and Fellowship Training Are Separate
PRIMA membership and PRIMA Fellowship Training have separate applications, eligibility reviews and approval processes.
You may express interest in Fellowship Training while submitting a membership application. Portal account holders may also apply for Fellowship placement while their membership application is pending or without applying for membership.
Please remember:
- Membership does not automatically provide admission to Fellowship Training.
- Fellowship Training does not automatically provide PRIMA membership.
- Completing a course does not automatically confer DPRIMA or FPRIMA status.
- Paying membership or training fees does not guarantee approval.
- PRIMA and ABRM credentials have their own eligibility, assessment and examination requirements.

Membership dues are calculated according to application type and clinic location. Payment is processed through PayPal after the application is submitted.
Payment does not guarantee approval. All applications remain subject to professional credential verification and review by PRIMA.
Membership rates and requirements may be updated by the organization when necessary.
How to Apply

A portal account allows you to save your application and return to complete it later.
2. Select Your Application Type
Choose whether you are:
- Applying as a new PRIMA member
- Renewing without changing your public-directory information
- Renewing and updating your public-directory profile
- Also interested in the PRIMA Fellowship Training Program
3. Complete the Application Form
Provide the requested personal, professional, educational and clinic information.
4. Upload Your Professional Photograph
Submit a recent professional photograph, preferably wearing a physician’s white coat against a white or neutral background.
5. Review the Data Privacy Notice
Applicants must provide consent for PRIMA to collect, verify and process the information required to evaluate the application.
6. Submit the Application and Pay the Applicable Dues
After submission, you will be redirected to PayPal for payment.
7. Credential Verification and Review
PRIMA may verify your medical licence, professional credentials, education, training, affiliations and other submitted information.
Submission and payment do not guarantee approval.
8. Receive Your Membership Decision
Approved applicants will receive confirmation and further instructions regarding induction, membership access and available PRIMA activities.

Maintaining Membership in Good Standing
Members are expected to:
- Renew their membership and settle applicable dues
- Keep their professional and contact information current
- Maintain a valid medical licence and appropriate professional standing
- Observe PRIMA’s Constitution, Bylaws and ethical standards
- Represent their membership category and earned designations accurately
- Participate responsibly in organizational activities
- Notify PRIMA when public-directory information requires correction or removal
Only members in good standing may continue to receive the privileges associated with their approved membership category.

Who may apply for Regular Membership?
Regular Membership is intended for licensed Philippine physicians registered with the Professional Regulation Commission who demonstrate an interest in or practice involving regenerative, integrative or longevity medicine.
Does membership automatically grant DPRIMA or FPRIMA?
No. DPRIMA and FPRIMA are earned designations with separate training, assessment, examination, participation and approval requirements.
Can a physician outside the Philippines apply?

Will all my information appear in the public directory?
No. Only approved professional information identified for public display may be included. Private contact and personal information is maintained for authorized organizational purposes.
Do I need to apply again every year?
Existing members submit a renewal application and the applicable annual dues. Members may renew without changing their public profile or request updates to their directory information.
Does payment guarantee membership approval?
No. Membership remains subject to professional credential verification and approval by PRIMA.
